If you love relaxing vacations in touch with nature, TH Marina di Sibari, Baia degli Achei, is the place for you. Located in the heart of Magna Grecia, it overlooks the Ionian coast, nestled in a lush 14-hectare pine forest. Ancient olive trees, junipers, pines, and eucalyptus surround a natural lake perfect for sport fishing, gently leading to a long sandy beach with crystal-clear, deep blue water. It’s a welcoming and family-friendly environment where both adults and children can find their ideal setting.

The property features 134 rooms designed like terraced houses within the park. They are divided into:

Garden Rooms: More spacious and bright; available as double, triple (two rooms, one bathroom, one entrance), quadruple (two rooms, two bathrooms, one entrance), and quintuple (three rooms, two bathrooms, two entrances).
Classic Rooms: With French doors; available as double and quadruple (two connecting double rooms).

All rooms have private bathrooms with showers and hairdryers, patios, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, and minibars (stocked on request for a fee).

The restaurant offers a buffet service with assigned tables. Enjoy a rich continental breakfast and Mediterranean cuisine, including typical Calabrian dishes. Upon request, meals for those with food intolerances can be prepared (basic packaged foods provided at meals), which must be noted at the time of booking and are subject to reconfirmation (the facility does not have a separate area for gluten-free cooking). Packed lunches are available as a substitute for lunch or dinner.

There are two bars:

One centrally located near the restaurant and pools, with a comfortable lounge area where you can enjoy good music in the evening.
One near the beach and the theater.

All Inclusive

Throughout your stay, espresso coffee, granitas, and soft drinks are available for free* at all bars in the facility. Additionally, at the central bar from 12:00 PM to 11:30 PM, spritz, non-alcoholic aperitifs, prosecco, draft beer, limoncello, house liqueur, and sambuca are offered. Beverages included with meals (filtered water, still and sparkling, draft white and red wine, beer, cola, and orange soda). In the evening, from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM, spirits (Rum, Vodka, and Gin) and cocktails (list indicated at the bar). Afternoon snacks for children at TH Land.

*Premium alcoholic beverages, non-draft drinks, packaged ice creams, snacks, packaged products, and all items not included or mentioned in the All Inclusive are available for a fee.

The TH Land staff organizes play and sports activities throughout the day. Here’s what our young guests can expect:

Every day during TH Family Time, special events for children and parents, such as fun sliding on soapy tarps, color games, and treasure hunts around the village, will be organized. Everyone is invited, including kids spending the day at the beach with their parents. The event is scheduled for 5:00 PM, followed by a tasty snack. Each evening, TH Dance takes place in the village theater, where Super T and Lady H teams compete before dancing. Guaranteed TH Land service from June 9 to September 14.

THinky Card

The THinky Card is our mandatory option for families with children aged 0 to 2 years (not yet completed). This card provides a range of services and equipment, including a crib, changing table, bottle warmer, baby bath, and high chair. Additionally, it includes a “Baby Box” with baby products, a meal service with daily prepared baby food by our chefs, and a courtesy set for the little ones.

Entertainment team

Our animation team will offer you an unparalleled experience with activities for every taste. You can stay in shape with fitness sessions, challenge other guests in sports tournaments, and participate in engaging games and events. In the evening, enjoy live music with your favorite tunes, and be amazed by the theater show. Later, you can dance the night away at the disco parties.

Three pools are available: one for adults, one for children, and one with a hot tub. Nestled in the pine forest are three synthetic tennis courts, a grass soccer field, a basketball court, and mini-golf. Evening lighting for the sports fields is available. Additionally, there is a rich daily fitness program to keep your body in shape, including power gym, soft gym, and aqua gym.

Our TH Tennis School* is the perfect opportunity to develop a passion for tennis. Group lessons for adults and children are scheduled 5 days a week. These lessons offer a dynamic learning experience in an engaging and interactive environment. Courses are activated with a minimum of 4 participants. Additionally, the TH Tennis Free Play option allows free use of the courts for casual play, enabling you to practice and enjoy yourself freely.

* TH Tennis School service is guaranteed from June 30 to September 1.

Tournaments

Our sports tournament offerings are key to making your vacation unforgettable. You can participate in exciting challenges to enjoy your beach holiday uniquely. Participation in the tournaments will be celebrated through the “Summer Slam,” a ranking that honors skills and commitment in the fun challenges of all the resort’s sports tournaments. This engaging ranking will be presented in the theater by the animation team members.

The long and well-maintained private sandy beach stretches for nearly a hectare. It is located 200-300 meters from the cottages and can be reached via pathways through the village pine forest. The beach is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, showers, facilities, and a beach bar. Canoes, a beach volleyball court, and a beach soccer field are available. Beach towel rental is offered. A cycling path runs between the beach and the coastal pine forest, easily connecting the village to other Marina beaches.

Numerous natural and cultural excursions await you, such as the Sila National Park with alpine landscapes and the “Giants,” ancient pines, and the Sybaris archaeological area. Choose the “all aboard” option for a fun experience. Enjoy the flavors from synergistic gardens, lavender-scented fields, and the rich Calabrian food and wine traditions. Visit Rossano Calabro, home of the Codex Purpureus, with its historic center, and Matera, with its Sassi and the Murgia Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Discover Cerchiara, an Orange Flag village, with its historic center and the 15th-century Madonna delle Armi Sanctuary.

TH Marina di Sibari welcomes small pets (up to 10kg). Pets must be vaccinated and kept on a leash within the property. The TH World app will indicate the designated area for pets. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and pool areas. Rooms include a bed and bowls for your pet, as well as a door sign to inform housekeeping of the pet’s presence. You can arrange cleaning times with housekeeping to ensure a comfortable stay for your pet.
